RETURNS POLICY - AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
All ready to wear and preorder items are non refundable. All ready to wear and preorder items can be returned for a credit note unless deemed final sale. Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to return their online order. Any items received after this timeframe will be returned to sender. For your return to be accepted, all items must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition. We are unable to accept returns that show signs of wear. We do not refund or credit initial shipping charges for items returned. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns.

 

RETURNS POLICY - REST OF WORLD
All items purchased for delivery outside of Australia are non refundable. All items can be returned for a credit note unless deemed final sale. Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return their online order. Any items received after this timeframe will be returned to sender. For your return to be accepted, all items must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition. We are unable to accept returns that show signs of wear. We do not refund or credit initial shipping charges for items returned. We do not refund or cover the charge of import/duty tax charges. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns.

 

MADE TO ORDER RETURNS - AUSTRALIA AND REST OF WORLD ORDERS
Made to order items are non refundable. 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS - AUSTRALIA AND REST OF WORLD ORDERS
Custom orders arranged through contact with Lane + Sass are non refundable. 

 

RETURNS SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. lane + sass cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the return parcel. 

 

RETURNS PROCESS
If you would like to return your item, please send an email to hello@laneandsass.com and include your name, address and order number. Return requests will take 24-48 hours to be processed. Once your return request has been processed, ensure you include your name, address and order number in the return parcel to prevent delays in the processing of your return.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive your credit note via email.

 

FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received a faulty item, please email us within 7 days of receiving at hello@laneandsass.com with supporting imagery and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Please note that faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note, once your order has been placed, cancellation and changes cannot be made.
